The Ministry was preparing to launch a package of new services and systems all at once, spanning every sector of the transport network. Group launches carry a paradox: the more you announce, the less the viewer retains.
Our task was not to list the services one after another, but to build a single visual narrative that gave each service its own moment while keeping the bigger picture present from the first second to the last.

  • Script: Turning official content into spoken narration, written to the rhythm of the image rather than the page
